Reservations for lunch and dinner may be made in advance anytime! Reservations are limited and necessary especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays where most of our favorite tables are requested 10 to 14 days in advance. Walk-ins are always welcome! Please note: Strollers are not allowed in our dining rooms or on the patio, and no highchairs or booster seats are available as we prioritize guest safety and comfort. We kindly remind our guests that we welcome service animals in accordance with ADA Guidelines to ensure accessibility for all. However, please note that we do not allow pets on our premises. Mystic Fresh means working with the best of the best here in Southeastern Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island. While many others claim to be Farm to Table, acknowledging that we are Mystic Fresh makes it the standard. Quite simply, if we don’t have the freshest seafood or cuts of beef, we won’t create the dish that night.

If you are visiting Mystic, then you can not miss this restaurant. The people are very nice and attentive. The food is good (try the New England Clam Chowder), and the place is attractive, with a view of the river. A must if you are staying in this town or nearby.
We enjoyed our first time here in early February. The atmosphere was quiet and upscale, with great views of the water. We got the Bouillabaisse and a mixed seafood special. Both were delicious.
What a pleasure! Enough of a bustling vibe without being so noisy that you can’t carry on a conversation. Impeccable service … but really it is the food that will bring me back…

My husband and I eat here frequently for both lunch and dinner. The Hostesses and Servers are fantastic and the food is consistently delicious. There is a beautiful view of the Mystic River. Our overall experience has always been great…
Not only does this restaurant offer great views from nearly anywhere, the food was amazing! My husband and I both ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection! I would recommend this place to anyone!
By far the best cup of clam chowder I’ve ever had. This place was amazing. The seafood was the best I’ve ever had and the view of the bay was romantic and perfect. You are missing out if you don’t try the clam chowder, it’s the best I’ve ever had. We ate there for lunch, and went back for dinner too.
Wonderful views of the CT River in a bright airy dining room. Service is excellent and friendly. Beautiful presentation of perfectly cooked cod, salmon, and clams. Don’t miss the calamari!
Superb meal. As always, S&P delivered delicious seafood, perfectly prepared with attentive service. The shrimp special appetizer brought a very nice preparation to perfect shrimp. Seared scallops in the pasta stuck the landing. Caramelized and not a bit chewy. The seasonal cocktails hit fun and tasty notes. We make S&P a routine stop on trips to Mystic and they don’t disappoint.
